user education programme

A user education program is being organized on 15thSept, 2008 , Seminar Hall ,IIT Delhi in order to create awareness about relevance of IEEE for the teachers ,researchers and students. The programme is being organized by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), in collaboration with the INDEST – MHRD Consortium and the IEEE Delhi Section. The interested faculty members may attend the same.

Free Trial Access of IOS Press journals

IOS Press publishes some 100 international journals in all subject areas, ranging from computer science to the natural sciences and 80-100 book titles a year. Commencing its publishing activities in 1987, IOS Press serves a variety of scientific and medical communities in all parts of the world. All journals are available online. Presently, a free trial access of IOS journals has been activated for the faculty members. The access to the IOS Press will be available till 28/09/2008.The faculty members may kindly access and browse the full text journals .In case, the faculty members feel that there are certain titles which cater to their academic and research needs; they may recommend the same for subscription by the Library. The feedback may kindly be sent to the Librarian by 6/10/2008.
